License Suspension
One of the more common penalties you will face after a DUI/DWI arrest is a driver’s license suspension
- Unlike revocation, suspension is simply a temporary measure that keeps your existing driver’s license intact
- After a certain period of time and fines paid, you will have your driving privilege restored
- In some states, one must also complete a treatment program or driver safety course in order to regain your driving privileges (see our interactive map for details on your state)
A FORMER PROSECUTOR has been trained by the system, and is therefore in a uniquely advantageous position to use that very same system in order to help defend you, and ensure that you suffer the lowest possible penalties that can be applied to your case
