Driver Safety Programs

A conviction for DUI/DWI may result in the court mandating you to attend a Driver Safety Program

• Most of these generally involve similar costs and requirements
• Once ordered to attend one of these programs, you will be required to pay all accompanying fees associated with said program
• Failure to attend can result in further penalties and may result in a violation of the terms of your probation

A FORMER PROSECUTOR will have knowledge of the programs you may be required to attend, and is therefore in the best position to help you avoid mandatory attendance
