Another day, another celebrity in trouble for allegedly driving under the influence. This time it’s Hollywood funnyman Vince Vaughn posing for a mugshot after being arrested at a DUI checkpoint. The 48 year old actor was stopped at a routine checkpoint at 1am in Manhattan Beach, CA.

He allegedly was uncooperative with local authorities and was taken into custody. He is being charged with misdemeanor DUI and obstruction. His passenger was charged as well with public intoxication and also for obstruction.

Both men posted bail and were released shortly after their arrests with a court date pending. It is uncertain how they will plead but in cases involving celebrities, a plea bargain of some sort is usually a safe bet.
